Rules for The Kensington Club
- Membership application must be made as per the prescribed format.
- Membership is subject to Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
- The Management vests exclusively with the Board of Directors of The Kings Club Private Limited.
- Entry is RESTRICTED for all non-members beyond the lobby without an accompanying member.
- All non-member vehicles must be parked in designated Guest Parking.
- Membership of the Club shall not be transferable or heritable.
- Any Club Member found guilty of misconduct shall be cautioned on first instance; subsequent occurrence results in termination of Membership.
- Club Members are responsible for all charges and fines incurred by their Guests.
- The Club Management reserves its right to deny access to Guests at its sole discretion.
- No arms, weapons, or dangerous substances shall be brought into Club premises.
- The use of Club facilities is entirely at the risk of the Club Members and Guests.
- The Primary Club Member shall be fully liable for any damage caused to Club property or persons.
Rules for Reciprocal Club Affiliated Members
- Affiliated Club Members must carry their club membership card and a government approved ID.
- Room reservations: Call Front Desk on 7774004203 to check availability. Ask your club to send an introductory email to info@thekingsclub.co.in with member name, rooms required, and arrival/departure dates.
- Affiliated Club Members can use all dining and sporting facilities (sporting use subject to member usage fee).
- Standard Guest entry fee applies to all Affiliated Members and accompanying guests above age 2.
- Accompanying guests can only use dining facilities while the Affiliate Member is present. Maximum 8 guests at a time.
- Affiliated Club Members can visit up to 4 times per month.
- Local residents of Nashik who are members of Reciprocal Clubs shall not be entitled to avail any benefits under the Reciprocal Arrangements.
